Recently named to chair the United States Conference of Mayors Task Force on Immigration Reform, and already the chair of its Homeland Security Task Force, Phoenix Mayor Phil Gordon was asked to deliver the keynote address to the Police Foundation Conference in Washington, D.C. on August 21.  The topic of his speech was "The Cost of Immigration Enforcement at the Local Level".  Click here to read the full text of his remarks.
